The new senior accountant will assist the controller in all fields of reporting and accounting. Duties are wide-ranging and include reconciling general ledgers, overseeing records compliance, helping with tax preparation, assisting with audits and providing support for budget and forecasting activities. This professional will also ensure a timely close process at the end of each month, quarter and year. While other responsibilities include regular variance reviews and analyses.

The role requires a degree in accounting, with a CPA a plus. Candidates should have two to three years of public accounting experience and associated computer skills. Knowledge of RealPage is a plus.
