Project Superintendent

Based in Tampa, this seasoned manager will oversee the construction of a 240-unit midrise wrap and accompanying parking.

Senior Estimator

This Orlando-based leader will work closely with several departments and external stakeholders while overseeing estimating staff and projects throughout the Southeast.

Senior Project Manager

Reporting directly to the vice president of construction and headquartered in either Orlando or Wellington, this executive will manage multi-family projects from start to finish across Florida.

Additional Project Managers

The company is also hiring an Orlando or Wellington-based PM to help take charge of 200-unit-plus projects in Central Florida. Additionally, the organization is recruiting assistant project managers to tackle similar responsibilities in this market and in West Palm Beach.
