The Columbus property manager will maintain excellent tenant relationships while supervising property management staff. Doing so will involve oversight of customer relationship management programs, tenant feedback initiatives, rent collection, property management plans, maintenance strategy, capital projects and general administration to maximize cash flow and NOI growth. Other duties will touch on income and variance reporting, risk management, and assistance with due diligence and on-boarding of new properties.

This multi-faceted position requires someone experienced in CRE management. Candidates should bring at least four years with a recognized management company, ideally overseeing medical properties. While MOB experience is strongly preferred, this company will also consider degreed candidates with a minimum of five years of experience managing office buildings or other commercial property. A relevant college degree and professional certification, such as a real estate license, CPM, CFM or RPA, are preferred. Management skills should demonstrate a talent for professional communication, planning and organization. The job also requires an understanding of financial reporting and legal documents relevant to leasing and property management.
