Expanding Los Angeles CRE Firm Needs Leader for Multifamily Developments Projects

A national name in multifamily and extended-stay properties is looking for the right Los Angeles-based leader to manage multiple high-value developments. These projects will build on an already diverse portfolio that includes historic buildings, high-end rentals and renovations within desirable urban neighborhoods. The project manager position represents an opportunity to help vet and oversee the development of further high-potential assets from start to finish.

The development PM will be critical to site investigation, coordinating land-use inquiries and feasibility studies in collaboration with engineers and architects. He or she will identify all needed resources during the budgeting process, as well as overall project planning and scheduling. Permitting and entitlement also will fall under this professional’s purview. While daily oversight of construction activities will inform regular reports to sub-teams and project owners.

This firm is looking for someone with a degree in architecture or engineering, along with five years in multifamily development or construction. A solid understanding of architectural and engineering processes and drawings also is required. The new PM will need the ability to run multiple projects simultaneously in a time-constrained yet detail-focused environment.
