The controller will take charge of the hiring, systems development and processes critical to this region’s property operations accounting. As part of these responsibilities, he or she will coordinate property and operations department budgeting, while overseeing the close process and property reporting. The controller will also serve as a strategic adviser to the senior vice president of operations developing the company’s approach to managing its wider portfolio.
The ideal candidate will possess a CPA and more than five years of supervisory experience in multi-family. Real Page and Yardi experience are a plus. This company is looking for candidates with deep knowledge of relevant accounting and finance.
