Marketing Guru Needed for Celebrated Developer, Multifamily Firm in Michigan

This high-visibility position takes top-level responsibility for all branding, marketing strategy, campaign management and reputation management. This will encompass both new projects and existing properties. Research and ongoing analytics will inform content production, media buys and training of site staff. He or she will work with managers to administer property marketing budgets. Digital efforts will focus heavily on maintaining top social media presence and content production. In-person outreach and relationship building also will be a part of the job.

This organization is looking for a talented communicator skilled across a range of digital media. Prior experience in marketing or advertising is preferred, as is a related bachelor’s degree. Past roles also should demonstrate budget management and strategic thinking. Experience with WordPress, HTML and CSS are preferred.
