A new project manager will soon oversee a diverse slate of construction projects for a closely held and long-successful CRE firm in South Florida. While deploying more than $2 billion over two decades in business, this organization has built a culture dedicated to employee development. Stable and long-term focused, it’s also proud to offer benefits that rival its largest competitors’.
The newest member of its team will take the reins of projects that range from tenant improvements to multifamily repositioning to ground-up construction. He or she will oversee all aspects of construction in close coordination with contractors, architects, engineers, vendors and internal departments. This person also will represent the company during permitting and public approval processes. Bringing projects to completion on time and within budget will require experience with mixed-use and multifamily construction in Florida. A bachelor’s degree and at least five years of construction experience are required. Knowledge of AutoCAD and large grocery store construction are a plus. The new project manager also will be skilled at nurturing professional relationships both inside and outside the organization.
