The firm’s newest team member will enjoy the challenge of managing 2 million SF of Class A industrial and office space spread across more than two dozen multi-tenant distribution buildings that attract a wide variety of users.

The day-to-day responsibilities of the job take in routine visits and tenant meetings to ensure properties meet the firm’s high quality standards. Operational oversight will also include coordination of repairs, resolution of tenant issues, review of insurance policies, management of move outs and approval of new leases. Preparation of annual operating budgets will also fall to this professional, as will regular reviews of delinquency reports, variances, rent rolls and rent collection issues.

This organization hires property managers who are 100 percent customer-service oriented. The successful candidate will thrive in an independent, fast-changing environment while also participating easily in teams. A bachelor’s degree and CPM designation are preferred, while participation in industry associations like BOMA is also a plus. The new property manager will have at least three years of CRE portfolio experience, including oversight of multiple-tenant properties. Yardi experience is required. The company will also be looking for stable tenure in past jobs.
