This professional will guide his or her team to develop critical trade partner relationships, negotiate contracts, review scopes of work and monitor insurance requirements. Additionally, the team will produce options pricing, manage change orders and help support the sales and selection studio teams. This new leader also will develop cost estimates and manage the rollout of specifications for new communities.

At the same time, the purchasing manager will bring at least five years in residential construction, along with three years as a purchasing manager. A relevant degree is preferred. The successful candidate will be organized and detail-oriented with a deep understanding of the construction process.
