A Cincinnati firm that boasts a 25-year track record of acquiring and operating successful apartment communities will soon offer the right property manager a chance to oversee its newest asset. This large community in Burlington, KY, enjoys a convenient location, extensive amenities and well-kept grounds. Reporting to the vice president of property management, the new manager will oversee on-site staff and take responsibility for all day-to-day operations of the complex. At the same time, the PM will have the chance to advance his or her career within a closely held organization that has more than 2,000 residential units and expansive commercial holdings under management.
The new PM will hire, train and manage the employees of this 200-unit property. The team’s responsibilities will encompass leasing, renewals, receivables management and marketing initiatives. Additionally, the manager will help formulate budgets and oversee capital improvements along with routine maintenance.
Serving existing and potential tenants will require an outgoing personality and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have at least two years in leasing or property management, including oversight of personnel. A college degree is preferred. The successful candidate will be organized and meet deadlines while dutifully serving the community under management.
