As this company’s most important representative to portfolio tenants, this professional will bring superior skills in customer service and communication. Candidates should have at least seven years in property management, as well as a record of working independently. Experience with triple-net leases is required. Familiarity with Yardi is also essential to the job, as is knowledge of construction, including tenant build-out and improvements. This organization is looking for someone with a bachelor’s degree and a history of stable tenure in past roles. The new manager also will come to the job with a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail and a knack for problem solving.
