The newest member of the Reno management team will direct all building-related activities while supervising construction staff and subcontractors. He or she will be essential to executing project plans, refining schedules to minimize delays and meeting regularly with homebuyers and professionals from other departments. At the same time, this manager will take responsibility for maintaining a clean and safe job site.
The position calls for at least five years of related experience in the homebuilding industry. That should include extensive knowledge of building codes, construction techniques and interpreting blueprints.
