The new senior attorney will negotiate and review a broad range of critical documents, including contracts with third parties. These will touch on property development, management and marketing. He or she will also counsel the firm on property operation matters, including disputes. Additional duties will touch on employment law and litigation.

This company is looking for an attorney licensed to practice law in California, with a minimum of four years of experience at a known law firm. Real estate transactional experience is strongly preferred, with experience in litigation or litigation management a plus.
