Qualifications for the role include a relevant bachelor’s degree and professional certification that could include a CPA, CMA or CFM designation. A minimum of four years of accounting experience is required. Past roles in the construction industry and in an audit or CPA firm are preferred. This company also is looking for someone with supervisory experience and exemplary communication and time-management skills.
