Leading this office will entail effective oversight of all business operations to maximize productivity, profitability and client loyalty. The principal will be charged with building upon the organization’s culture while engaging in recruitment, development and mentoring of team members. At the same time, he or she will maintain a personal book of business while procuring new clients and building relationships with retailers, landlords and other players in the Dallas market. Building up this company’s already strong brand will also be an important element of the job. That will include leadership of local marketing efforts and participation in companywide endeavors to advance the organization’s reputation. Other characteristics of the job will include frequent collaboration with the company’s leadership, maintaining budgets, monitoring compliance and managing referral business.
Candidates will need at least ten years of retail brokerage experience; or roles in a similar capacity will be considered. A Texas real estate license is required, as is a bachelor’s degree. Moreover, the new principal will demonstrate expert knowledge of the DFW retail property markets. A track record of previous leadership is a must, as is effective communication, attention to detail and the ability to self-manage.
Investment Sales Principal:
Working from any Texas city of his or her choosing, this person will work closely with a range of leading institutions, developers and private investors. The role of investment sales principal will encompass effective oversight of relevant business operations to maximize productivity, profitability and client loyalty. He or she will be charged with building upon the organization’s culture while engaging in recruitment, development and mentoring of team members. At the same time, the principal will maintain a personal book of business while procuring new clients and building relationships with existing investors, buyers and other players in the Texas market. Building up this company’s brand will involve leadership of statewide marketing efforts and participation in companywide endeavors to advance the organization’s reputation. This job will also entail frequent collaboration with the company’s top executives.
The position requires extensive knowledge of retail asset acquisition and disposition, along with deep experience in financial analysis and negotiation. Candidates will need at least ten years of retail, investment sales or brokerage experience. Roles in a similar capacity will also be considered. A Texas real estate license is required, as is a bachelor’s degree. Moreover, the new investment sales principal will demonstrate expert knowledge of Texas retail markets.
