The new project accountants will join a team of finance professionals providing essential support to fast-paced retail and hospitality projects. They will act as liaisons for teams handling accounting, finance and individual projects, providing in-person support at job sites and satellite offices as needed. In addition to helping individual project teams manage their billing and other day-to-day accounting, the new project accountants will contribute to a range of broader initiatives in the construction business. These include: monthly financial reports, group cost to completes, work-in-progress reports, revenue projections, budget reviews and additional analyses critical to project success.

Accounting experience is required, with an accounting degree and CMiC experience a plus. The successful candidates’ backgrounds will include at least three years in construction-industry project accounting. The role’s deadlines require a sense of urgency and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong organization and communication skills are also a high priority.
