Want to apply your design talent and project leadership to high-profile retail properties? Interested in working for a national property owner that demonstrates its community commitment with paid time off to volunteer, LEED-certified projects and non-profit partnerships? Could your career benefit from complex renovations for top-name retailers in affluent markets? If so, a senior design manager position has opened in Phoenix.
This professional will take charge of the design and related planning for multiple redevelopment projects, coordinating closely with other internal teams. He or she will be responsible for related budgets and coordination with consultants. This will include contract management and performance monitoring. The senior design manager will closely review progress with the construction team and provide regular updates to the design VP.
