This position takes in wide-reaching responsibilities for the centers under management, with a focus on property maintenance, repair and improvements. The property manager also will interact frequently with retailers, showing space and reviewing leases as needed. This is a hands-on role requiring regular inspections along with oversight of capital projects.

Candidate should bring a minimum of five years of multi-site experience overseeing retail, office or industrial centers. The firm will also consider professionals with five-plus years in retail or office construction management. The new property manager will possess proven communication and negotiation skills, as well as a high level of attention to detail. Additionally, this professional will be exceptionally organized while communicating effectively with all levels of staff, contractors, tenants and company leadership.
