Positions for senior accountants, project accountants and accounting managers will provide opportunities for the right people to apply their expertise to that mission. Accounting managers, for example, will prepare monthly commercial operations books, audit schedules, custom financial analyses, in-depth database analyses, performance benchmark system design, TCAP and LES. The successful candidates will also supervise the preparation of monthly construction draws, assist with annual budgeting, help form business plans and lead other functions vital to the firm.

A solid foundation in accounting is a must. All applicants should bring a bachelor’s in accounting and an understanding of GAAP reporting requirements. The accounting managers will be either CPAs or CPA candidates. Work experience for that position should include five years in accounting, with at least two years in real estate and at least one year of general business experience with an emphasis on management, supervision, training and communication. This company needs team members with excellent decision-making skills, audit experience and an ability to interact with senior officers. Well-developed computer skills should include familiarity with Excel, MRI and Voyager.
