A national homebuilder with a four-decade reputation for its progressive management and steady growth has an opening for an experienced land acquisition manager in Chicago. With an emphasis on its positive workplace culture, this is a private company that’s consistently recognized as one of the country’s best employers. Additionally, this position will give the right person the chance to showcase his or her leadership skills within a new division for this company.
The land acquisition manager will oversee site selection, entitlement, due diligence and development through lot delivery. The job requires the ability to balance multiple competing priorities in a fast-changing environment.
