Medical REIT Needs Seasoned Property Manager for Multiple Properties in Atlanta

A market-leading REIT with decades of success growing its portfolio of profitable healthcare real estate is hiring a property manager for five properties in the Atlanta area totaling 350,000 square feet. This established company owns and manages facilities across the U.S., offering ambitious employees plenty of headroom and advancement opportunity within the robust healthcare CRE market.

This position will give the right person the chance to take responsibility for the full breadth of operations across the assigned properties. He or she will nurture relationships with tenants at an elite level of service while overseeing the property management staff that meets their needs. Leadership skills will be evident in NOI growth, aggressive expense management and diligent oversight of vendors. Some of the day-to-day areas this position touches on include: budgeting, financial reporting, risk management, property investment plans and customer relationship management. The new property manager will also be called upon to help with due diligence and on-boarding for new acquisitions.

To accomplish all this – and to build strong working relationships with tenants – this professional must have experience managing medical buildings, either in his or her current position or in the past. Overall experience will encompass a minimum of four years in commercial or office property management that includes experience with a recognized management company. A relevant bachelor’s degree and a real estate license with a CPM, CFM or RPA designation are preferred. The successful candidate will show exceptional planning and organizational skills, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills.
