Responsibility for tenant build-out projects and successful tenant openings will take place while working closely with mall managers, attorneys, consultants and leasing teams. He or she will then coordinate landlord work and construction. This will touch on estimating, bid solicitation, contract preparation and end-to-end project management.

The company is looking for someone with two to five years of experience in retail design and/or project management, along with a bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design, construction management or a related field. Candidates should bring knowledge of building codes, materials and mechanical systems. Additionally, the new tenant coordinator will be proficient in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.
