Do you want to build on your construction expertise in the high-end hospitality market? Are you interested in working with a company recognized for its innovative architecture and a market position that includes premier resort destinations under brands like Ritz-Carlton and Four Seasons? Could your career benefit from the opportunities offered by a closely held yet diverse property owner with decades of work alongside leading investors and strategic partners? If so, a Miami-based organization is looking for the right project manager to build on its exceptional reputation.
Reporting to the EVP of development, this professional will assume end-to-end oversight of high-stakes hotel renovation and construction projects. This will entail preparation of budgets and schedules while reviewing related contracts. He or she also will prepare monthly draws based on the needs of lenders and equity holders while overseeing all consultants and contractors. The PM will serve as an essential point of contact for accountants, asset managers and designers as the team seeks to ensure maximum revenue during projects. Likewise, this person will make weekly reports to company leadership on cash flows, schedules and construction progress.
This company is looking for someone with a relevant degree, as well as three to five years of construction management experience in hotels. Interpersonal skills will be critical as the new project manager works with hotel leadership to minimize disruptions during construction at operating properties. The successful candidate will be able to coordinate multiple, simultaneous demands while demonstrating excellent decision making in an entrepreneurial environment.
