As a point of contact for multiple stakeholders, this professional also will conduct final punch lists and coordinate project delivery to tenants.

The job requires a related bachelor’s degree and at least three years in commercial construction. Additionally, the role requires knowledge of building codes, cost estimation, contract negotiation and project controls. The new manager will be an excellent communicator able to multi-task and bring a positive attitude to the team.
