High-Profile Property Firm Hiring Senior Lease Administrator in LA

An opportunity has emerged for the right CRE professional to join one of the world’s foremost owners of diverse commercial property. This is an organization with buildings recognizable in skylines on three continents that also maintains a supportive and award-winning workplace for its employees. The new senior lease administrator will take responsibility for the data essential to 12 million square feet of commercial property in two states, earning competitive pay and bonus potential.

He or she will take on a wide range of duties in the Los Angeles regional office. These will include review of move notices, commencement agreements, lease options and encumbrances while updating the lease management system. Following transactions, the new administrator will verify checklist items and commission calculations. He or she will help research pending deals and acquisitions, as needed. The monthly holdover process, subtenant reports, annual reconciliations and development of lease administration policy also will be among this person’s many responsibilities.

This role calls for at least five years in CRE, ideally working with high-rise office buildings. A bachelor’s degree is preferred. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of leasing, lease documentation and associated financial principles. Proficiency in CTI, Propidex, LeaseCRM and Yardi are required. This professional will be relationship-focused with exceptional attention to detail and highly developed analytical skills.
