Help Run One of the Most Visible Buildings in the Denver Skyline

Would you like to be the key point person for one of the most valuable office properties in the Mountain West? If so, a global name in CRE is looking for the right person to help manage its marquee high-rise in Denver.

Reporting to the GM, the new property assistant will serve as the face of this organization while interacting with tenants and handling a broad range of duties critical to the building’s operations. These include relevant customer-service tasks, office management, scheduling and assistance with event coordination. Responsibilities in lease administration will include preparation of tenant notices, maintaining leasing files, entering and following up on work orders and verifying vendor certificates of insurance.

This role requires someone who can balance many competing demands while delivering exceptional service to tenants. The successful candidate will demonstrate tact, discretion, excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn. An associate’s degree is preferred, and knowledge of Angus is a plus.
