This is a privately held, full-service multifamily organization with acquisition, asset management, development, property management, construction and accounting units. Reporting to the asset manager, the analyst position will represent an opportunity to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.

The analyst will carefully analyze national and local market trends in order to identify high-yield acquisition targets. Responsibilities include analyses of all aspects of prospective acquisitions, operations and dispositions. The analyst will also assist with the due diligence process, offering memorandums, loan closings, business plans, budgets and vital reporting. All candidates must be self-motivated and creative, with an eye for creating efficiencies.

This company is looking for someone with 3 years of relevant experience. A background in finance or real estate is preferred; and the successful candidate will be hard-working and ready for a lively and fast-paced work environment.
