A recent promotion has created an opening for a purchasing support group director based in the Tampa Bay area. The director will hire, manage and account for the performance of all department personnel while also overseeing estimating schedules and model home budgets. The successful candidate will demonstrate extensive knowledge of construction and related budgeting practices in multiple U.S. regions. Past roles will encompass extensive experience in residential estimating, including work in the field. Past oversight of software development and systems training are a big plus.
