Leader in Retail Hiring Phoenix-Based Manager for Tenant Improvements

If so, a public CRE firm known for its ambitious developments and design is looking for a senior manager to coordinate tenant projects.

Based in Phoenix and working nationwide, this professional will take responsibility for the approval and execution of store designs and plans while mentoring junior staff. This will involve budgeting, schedule preparation and contributions to the design process. He or she will act as a project manager during development, hiring and supervising contractors. Executing large modifications to shopping centers for major tenants also will involve close collaboration with other departments. The senior manager will ensure that all improvements meet the company’s high standards.

Keeping these projects on time, on budget and compliant with lease agreements will require excellent communication with tenant project teams. Candidates should bring at least seven years of experience as a shopping center tenant coordinator or in a role with similar demands at a design or construction firm. A relevant bachelor’s degree is required, as is construction knowledge. A background in architecture and AutoCAD experience are preferred.
