As well, this professional will acquire necessary construction approvals and will help negotiate landlord construction requirements for leases.

In addition to extensive experience in the construction industry, candidates should bring a track record of negotiating construction lease provisions, as well as experience with budgeting and estimating. The new construction manager will possess at least three years of associated experience, as well as a bachelor’s degree.
