He or she will take charge of bid solicitation and vendor selection, negotiating prices while developing broader value engineering strategies. This work also will entail thorough review of plans and development of scopes of work. The role will involve coordination with architectural firms, consultants and the company’s construction department, resolving any issues as they arise. Thorough record keeping will include the setup and maintenance of an options database.

This position calls for a background in residential construction. Candidates should bring at least two years of relevant experience. Working knowledge of Timberline or Pharaoh are preferred, with database conversion experience a plus.
