The newest members of this company’s regional leadership will oversee multiple properties in their assigned cities. This will include the development of annual budgets and marketing plans tailored to each community as part of broader efforts to maximize financial performance and resident retention. In addition to his or her portfolio’s financial performance, each regional manager will also be responsible for developing on-site staff, maintaining company standards, communicating regularly with senior management and overseeing day-to-day property operations.

This role will calls adaptable professionals who are self-starters and naturally inclined toward teamwork. Candidates’ careers in multi-family real estate should include a minimum of four years of hands-on property management experience.
