While managing construction supervisors, the new VP will oversee project schedules, budgets and compliance. He or she also will take top-level responsibility for the field workforce and the technical support department. Construction leaders with backgrounds unrelated to pools are encouraged to apply. The position calls for at least 15 years of experience that demonstrates a high-level understanding of budgeting and construction processes. A relevant bachelor’s degree also is required.
