Regional Homebuilder Hiring Corporate Vice President of Marketing

Branding. Image. Messaging. Strategy. The right person will have the opportunity to direct all these things as the corporate vice president of marketing for an expanding homebuilder in the Southeast.

This independent company headquartered in Atlanta, Ga., wants an experienced real estate executive to take ownership of the marketing critical to its ongoing growth. This will include oversight of creative professionals and close collaboration with corporate and regional leaders on the full range of efforts to promote the company in multiple states. In addition to contributing creative vision, the marketing VP also will be expected to oversee related contracts and to lead initiatives to increase Internet leads and visitors to the builder’s communities. That will include oversight of the company’s Web presence, radio campaigns and Realtor events, as well as advising management on collaterals, promotions, models, design concepts, product analyses and sales center displays.

The successful candidate will have five to 10 years of homebuilding marketing management experience and a thorough understanding of media, market diversification and Web strategies. The ability to lead creative initiatives and strategies is paramount. Likewise, this homebuilder needs someone with a strong eye for design.
