Marketing Coordinator Sought for Community-Focused CRE Firm in Houston

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication or a related field, plus two to five years of experience in marketing production, including graphic design and copy writing. Experience in retail and/or commercial real estate marketing is ideal. The job requires working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Quark or similar design programs, as well as an understanding of CRM systems. Other software proficiencies should include Excel, Word and PowerPoint. The successful candidate will know how to prioritize work on deadline and will work late or early when necessary. He or she will also be a strong team player who can write creatively.
