Longtime Leader in Midwestern Homebuilding Seeks Arkansas Division President

Want to work for a company that’s among the country’s largest homebuilders, yet proudly retains its family ownership? Eager to join a team that’s truly committed to integrity and buyer satisfaction? Are you ready for expansive leadership responsibilities that will be reflected in a substantial salary and bonus potential? An organization with six decades building homes in five states is looking for the right division president to lead its operations in northwest Arkansas.

This executive will craft the strategy that drives sales, land acquisition and cost management across the division. With full P&L responsibility, he or she will stay on top of market trends while setting and achieving division goals. In addition to all aspects of home sales, the division president will oversee construction, budgeting and estimating. The newest member of this company’s leadership will accomplish this by delegating work appropriately to employees he or she will hire and mentor. Other contributions will include ideas for value engineering, managing trade partner relationships and assistance in evaluating new projects.

Candidates should bring a minimum of five years in homebuilding, along with a relevant bachelor’s degree. Prior roles in senior management should include P&L responsibility and oversight of production homebuilding operations. Day-to-day leadership skills should include the ability to inspire people and develop effective procedures to guide teams. The new executive will be a thoughtful decision maker who approaches problems creatively while moving the division toward overall company goals.
