The successful hire will take home a strong six-figure income for his or her work overseeing 10 to 15 sales consultants in six to eight communities. Reporting to the division vice president of sales and marketing, he or she will take responsibility for the performance measures and sales results of those neighborhoods while helping to develop sales forecasts. Day to day, this person’s duties will touch on employee recruitment, coaching and training. He or she will also prepare reports for executives while developing effective sales strategies and monitoring the contract process.
This is an ideal position for an ambitious on-site real estate sales professional who wants to step up to a broader leadership position, or for someone already in a similar role. Candidates should bring at least seven years of relevant experience. This builder will also be looking for experience in leadership and new home sales.
