Day-to-day responsibilities will include sales reports, processing purchase contracts and development of a lead tracking system.
This company is looking for a minimum of 10 years of experience in new home sales, along with three years in management. A Florida real estate license is preferred. Past roles should demonstrate familiarity with financial planning, market positioning, mortgage programs, people management and territory management. The new vice president will be a creative, analytic thinker with exceptional enthusiasm and communication skills.
