Taking the helm from the previous director of 25 years, this professional will oversee every aspect of new home sales. Half of his or her time will be spent with clients at nine Philadelphia-area communities, with the balance at the corporate office. A team under this professional’s supervision will advise potential buyers on the company’s award-winning home designs, pricing, options and surrounding communities. This will happen in concert with financing consultants, Realtors and construction leadership. The director will report to the chief operating officer while taking broad responsibility for operating budgets, staffing and refinement of settlement processes. He or she also will contribute market analyses for existing and prospective sites.
This organization is looking for someone hard-working with a creative approach to marketing new homes. Candidates should possess at least five years of experience in new home sales, including at least three years as a manager. Past roles also should demonstrate standout customer service and project management in a dynamic environment.
