At a minimum, candidates should be registered architects with at least two years of experience focused on central living and high-density residential. A talent for design, knowledge of diverse architectural styles and proficiency with 3D design software, including AutoCAD and SketchUp, are also required. This builder will be looking for someone with a thorough understanding of municipal code requirements who is comfortable discussing their interpretation with local officials. Beyond the technical and creative requirements of the position, the successful candidate will also demonstrate strong organization, problem-solving and communication skills.
