The optimal candidate will excel at creating and maintaining relationships with clients, brokers, and corporate supervisors. This position facilitates almost every aspect of a custom-built home sale: educating customers and helping understand personalized floor plans and site cost sheets; showing and maintaining model homes; finding appropriate lenders; scheduling meetings with the design center and construction manager; and assisting with closing process.
This homebuilder has built custom homes and upscale communities in Florida, Georgia, and the Carolinas for more than half a century.
