Reporting to the division president, he or she will oversee the budget, schedule, quality and client experience of home construction in assigned communities. Day-to-day construction management will include support of trade partners, approving payments and managing variances. The Personal Builder also will perform frequent field reviews in close coordination with senior management. This professional will quickly resolve issues raised by clients. A background in residential or commercial construction should include at least one year of management experience. A bachelor’s degree in construction management is preferred. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently while balancing competing demands.
