This general manager will enjoy responsibility for a building noted for its architecture and amenities that include an urban location, a rooftop infinity-edge pool and private dog park. His or her position will encompass all aspects of community operations and financial performance. This will include direction of leasing initiatives, marketing, competitive positioning and business plans. The GM also will hire and develop all building personnel, assuming ultimate oversight of customer service and property upkeep. Managing financial performance will involve budget preparation, relevant property accounting and cap-ex planning.

This organization is looking for someone with a strong professional background in multi-family, including experience with top-line properties. The job requires a minimum of three years in relevant supervisory roles. This should include a track record of successful leasing initiatives and people management. Excellent communication skills, financial acumen and impeccable customer service are also essential.
