An experienced executive will soon have the chance to showcase his or her leadership while overseeing extensive new development in Nashville for a well-known homebuilder. The new VP of land development will lead the land team and join an operation that currently delivers over 300 closings annually, with plans to double over the next three years. He or she will take charge of all land development processes crucial to this growth while enjoying the career visibility and bonus potential offered by a national name in homebuilding.
The new Vice President’s leadership will ensure the division has all the elements in place to deliver new lots on time. Additionally, he or she will bring at least five years of relevant experience along with a solid understanding of engineering drawings. The VP will also have a track record of successfully managed residential development projects and a minimum of two years’ experience in setting development schedules.
