In just three years, it has established a $4 billion pipeline of luxury apartment projects backed by some of the country’s largest names in real estate and finance.

The newest member of this organization will assist the controller in all fields of reporting and accounting. These duties are wide-ranging and touch on general ledger responsibilities, tax preparation, variance analysis, audits and close processes. This person will also provide valuable support for budget and forecasting activities.

The role requires a degree in accounting. While a CPA is a plus, it is not required. Candidates should possess prior public accounting experience and relevant software skills. Knowledge of RealPage is a plus, as is experience in property management. The successful candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented and a strong communicator. He or she will also be a team player eager to work with a range of professionals in this expanding division.
