Reporting to the director of investor relations and fund analytics, this professional will help develop and maintain financial models benefiting portfolio and capital initiatives. Financial reporting and general portfolio management tasks will also fall under the scope of his or her duties, as will investment pipeline tracking, report coordination, market research, support for investor due diligence and data input to maintain financial models. Support for deal execution and the creation of presentations for stakeholders will be an important part of this role, as will quarterly tracking of key asset level milestones to assess performance. Candidates should bring an undergraduate degree in real estate, accounting or finance, along with knowledge of the real estate or investment industries. The ideal candidate will have one to three years of experience as an analyst. Additionally, he or she will be highly organized and a superb communicator who is able to work independently. This professional will show a talent for curating data and drawing meaningful insight from it. Argus modelling software experience is required.
