Based in Birmingham, Mich., this person will manage a staff of 15 who run a diverse portfolio of office and retail properties totaling 2.0 million square feet. The new vice president of operations’ finance duties will encompass lender documentation, operating expense oversight and management of two financial administrators handling day-to-day accounting. This professional will also review tenant build-outs and conduct due diligence on potential acquisitions.
