A privately held, highly design-conscious builder of fine homes in more than a dozen markets is hiring a new marketing coordinator for its San Antonio office. This position will offer the chance to direct a broad range of marketing projects and strategy. Among them, the successful candidate will craft the messaging of marketing materials and direct the divisional graphic artist accordingly.
The marketing coordinator will also organize events that include Realtor functions, community gatherings and grand openings. Other responsibilities include the creation of new marketing venues, planning, vendor negotiation, media buys, budget tracking, liaising with news media, ad agency coordination and the analysis of traffic online and in sales centers.
This builder is looking for someone with a bachelor’s in marketing or a related field, plus two to three years of relevant experience. In addition to creative talent and problem-solving skills, the job requires a self-motivated person who’s a natural with customer service, negotiation and organization. Likewise, strong analytical skills and superb communication are a must.
