A prominent national real estate firm with a multi-billion-dollar portfolio is searching for the right manager with medical office building experience to oversee its health care assets in Raleigh-Durham, N.C.
The senior property manager will be a self-directed leader with a strong background in the medical office market. This position will provide the chance to oversee high-value health care property while making an impression at a company with plenty of headroom and a focus on employee achievement. It also offers the chance to work in a market prime for portfolio expansion.
The position will entail creation of a tenant satisfaction program, as well as marketing strategies to optimize available space. Standard property management duties also include oversight of staff, regular reporting to executives, expenditure authorization, budgeting and capital improvement planning.
The senior property manager will come to the position with at least seven years of MOB experience. Preference will be given to candidates with a relevant degree and professional certifications, such as a real estate license, CPM, CFM or RPA. Cultivating relationships with medical professionals and meeting their needs are critical aspects of the position, requiring strong interpersonal skills and organization. Also mandatory is experience overseeing other managers.
