The ideal candidate will establish and maintain positive working relationships with all tenants, property owners, developers and their representatives. Reporting directly to the Regional Property Manager, duties will include but are not limited to oversight of staff, safety and insurance procedures, expenditure authorization, budgeting and capital improvement planning.

A minimum of four years experience in commercial property management is required for this position. Preference is given to candidates with a relevant degree and professional certifications, such as a real estate license, CPM, CFM or RPA.
