One of the leading real estate companies in the United States is seeking a Property Manager for their San Antonio, Texas portfolio.

The ideal candidate will establish and maintain positive working relationships with all tenants, property owners, developers and their representatives. Reporting directly to the Regional Property Manager, duties will include but are not limited to oversight of staff, safety and insurance procedures, expenditure authorization, budgeting and capital improvement planning.

This Fortune-500 REIT has built a multi-billion-dollar portfolio of senior living, medical office, hospital, and life sciences spaces in nearly 40 states. In San Antonio, the company needs an experienced leader who understands the needs of medical properties. A minimum of four years experience in commercial property management is required for this position. Preference is given to candidates with a relevant degree and professional certifications, such as a real estate license, CPM, CFM or RPA. Likewise, the firm seeks applicants with prior experience at companies managing or developing medical office property. Cultivating relationships with medical professionals and meeting their needs are critical aspects of the position, as are strong interpersonal skills and organization.
